Chefs at Work Limited is committed to applying the highest possible hygiene and food safety standards. For this purpose we have developed the Chefs at Work Food Safety standard. The main goal of this standard is to minimize the risk to clients of a food-borne unwanted event. Our standard establishes the minimum requirements for procuring, transporting, storing, handling, preparing, serving, and disposing of food at Chefs at Work facilities that provide food catering services.
In support of our Food Safety Standard we have developed a Food Safety and Hygiene Training based on international HACCP guidelines. All our staff members are trained and periodically re-trained to apply these principles and maintain the status of HACCP Super stars.
